(주)블루웨이브랩스(이하 "회사")는 시그널하우스(Signal House, 이하 "서비스")에서 아동·청소년을 대상으로 한 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)를 어떠한 형태로도 용납하지 않습니다. 본 표준은 이를 예방·탐지·대응하기 위한 회사의 정책을 규정합니다.

제1조 (무관용 원칙)

회사는 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM)의 제작·보관·공유·유포, 미성년자에 대한 그루밍·성적 대화·성착취(섹스토션), 미성년자의 성애화, 아동 인신매매를 포함한 모든 CSAE 행위를 엄격히 금지합니다. 위반 시 사전 경고 없이 콘텐츠 삭제 및 계정 영구 정지 조치하며, 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관에 신고합니다.

제2조 (성인 전용 서비스)

서비스는 만 19세 이상 성인만 이용할 수 있습니다. 회원가입 시 생년월일로 만 19세 이상 여부를 확인하며, 만 19세 미만으로 확인된 계정은 즉시 이용이 차단되고 수집된 정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 시그널하우스(합숙) 참가 시에는 휴대전화 문자(SMS) 인증으로 본인 명의를 추가 확인합니다.

제3조 (앱 내 신고 체계)

이용자는 앱 안에서 언제든 CSAE 의심 행위를 신고할 수 있습니다. 1. 상시 창구: 내 프로필 > 신고 · 문의 (신고 사유에 "미성년자로 의심돼요" 항목이 있습니다). 2. 개별 신고: 게시물 더보기 메뉴, 대화 화면의 신고 버튼. 3. 이메일: 아동 안전 전담 연락처 help@bluewavelabs.kr 회사는 모든 신고를 우선순위로 검토하며, 접수 후 24시간 이내에 1차 조치를 완료하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.

제4조 (대응 및 협력)

회사는 CSAE 콘텐츠 또는 행위를 인지한 경우 다음과 같이 대응합니다. 1. 해당 콘텐츠의 즉시 삭제 및 관련 계정의 영구 정지. 2. 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령에 따른 수사기관(경찰청) 및 관계 기관 신고. 3. 수사기관의 적법한 요청에 대한 증거 보전 및 협조. 4. 재발 방지를 위한 모니터링 강화.

아동 안전 관련 문의·신고 전담 연락처: help@bluewavelabs.kr (아동 안전 담당자 앞) 회사는 본 표준 및 관련 법령의 준수 여부를 정기적으로 점검하며, 표준 개정 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다.

BlueWave Labs Co., Ltd. (주식회사 블루웨이브랩스, "the Company"), the developer and publisher of the mobile application 시그널하우스 / Signal House ("the Service"), has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards set out how the Company prohibits, prevents, detects, and responds to CSAE on the Service, and are published as a publicly accessible web resource available worldwide without login.

1. Zero-tolerance prohibition of CSAE

The Company explicitly prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation on the Service, including but not limited to: the creation, storage, sharing, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM); grooming; sexualized conversation with minors; sextortion; the sexualization of minors; and child trafficking. Any violation results in immediate removal of the content and permanent termination of the account without prior warning, and is reported to law enforcement as required by applicable law.

2. Adults-only service (19+)

The Service is available only to adults aged 19 or older under Korean law. Date of birth is collected at sign-up and verified server-side; accounts identified as under 19 are blocked immediately and their data is deleted without delay. Participation in Signal House (the group cohort feature) additionally requires mobile phone (SMS) verification of the account holder.

3. In-app reporting mechanism

Users can report suspected CSAE from within the app at any time: 1. Always available: My Profile > Report & Contact — the report reasons include "I suspect this user is a minor". 2. Context reporting: the report action in the post overflow menu and in conversation screens. 3. Email: child safety contact at help@bluewavelabs.kr All reports are triaged as top priority, with a first response targeted within 24 hours.

4. Response and cooperation with authorities

Upon becoming aware of CSAE content or conduct, the Company will: 1. Immediately remove the content and permanently suspend the associated account(s). 2. Report to law enforcement (Korean National Police Agency) and relevant authorities under the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth Against Sex Offenses and other applicable laws. 3. Preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests from investigating authorities. 4. Strengthen monitoring to prevent recurrence.
